Pike Hall IV
After 5 years of service to our country in the United States Marine Corps, Pike IV began his real estate career, working to eventually become an Owner/Partner with Pike Hall & Companies. Pike IV is an owner of various real estate and land development companies. He manages Pike Hall & Co. as well as all of our commercial and residential developments. Pike IV is passionate about site analysis and land acquisition, zoning, land use and collaboration with county and government entities for development approval. He also coordinates with engineers, site contractors, building contractors and personally handles all the sales and marketing for our developments.

Pike III is an experienced real estate developer, contractor, broker and entrepreneur with over 40 years of experience. Pike III has been a successful owner of multiple real estate and land development companies and knows the business from all sides. He is passionate about analyzing the highest and best use of properties, purchasing the land, researching and building the product in demand.
